A proposal for a nine-story building with up to 75 units at 45-51 D Street in South Boston has been approved. The new development would also include 1,200 sq ft of ground-level retail space. The space is currently a small industrial site in the Columbus Park/Andrew Square area of Southie.

Iconic Bulfinch Crossing location The Fours has been reopened as a new bar, Scores. The new owners hope to blend together an updated look in this changing neighborhood with its storied past to be a staple of the TD Garden scene.
Scores has 120 seats, as well as standing room and 40 outdoor seats for bigger events and springtime playoff series. The layout has a more open concept and features American pub fare with dishes named after Boston sports legends. With 33 big-screen TVs, the game is always within sight.
