The Echelon Seaport

The Echelon is a new mainstay in Boston’s trendiest neighborhood. The Echelon is comprised of two towers, each 21 stories tall, and will have 717 total units with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options and parking for over 700 cars. Echelon’s 50,000+ square feet of amenities with architecture designed by celebrated architect Jeffrey Beers, are second to none and include: five-star services provided by the world-renowned Regent Hotels, three resort-style pools, a dramatic owner’s sky lounge, wine tasting room, private dining, 8,000 square foot state-of-the-art wellness center, tranquility spa, golf simulator, two-story indoor basketball court, children’s indoor and outdoor play center, pet spa, and more. The bottom two floors include restaurants and retail space, with a grocery store in the plans.
