A proposal was filed for a new lab building project in Fort Point on the parking lot of the site of the former Gillette headquarters. New York-based developer Tishman Speyer bought the property in 2021 and filed a letter of intent on Monday with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) to turn the site into a 455,000 sq ft mixed-use project including lab, office and retail space.
