Broadluxe

Broadluxe is located right at the intersection of the Waterfront and the Financial District, making it an ideal downtown location. The historic building was built in 1857, and converted into 44 condos in 2008, some with dramatic Harbor views. They are known for their open concept and loft-like atmosphere.
