David has represented buyers and sellers in many of Boston’s most iconic luxury buildings, as well as single-family homes and high-end properties throughout Greater Boston.
A longtime resident of Lexington, David is particularly known for guiding clients through city-to-suburb and suburb-to-city transitions. He works extensively with empty nesters downsizing from suburban homes to the city, as well as families relocating from Boston to communities such as Lexington, Wellesley, Newton, Weston, Winchester, Belmont, Brookline, and surrounding towns. This dual-market expertise allows David to provide thoughtful, strategic advice tailored to each client’s lifestyle and long-term goals.
Before entering real estate, David earned his undergraduate degree in business management and an MBA in Finance, then spent five years working in Mergers & Acquisitions. He brings this analytical, data-driven mindset to real estate, helping clients evaluate market trends, pricing strategy, and investment potential in one of the country’s most competitive markets.
